Security

One of the biggest fears that online shoppers have is that their credit card details might fall into the wrong hands. Although this is a very real cause for concern, online shopping is very safe so long as you follow one golden rule ...

"Never enter your credit card details into any webpage that isn't secure"

If you see the "Safer Shopping Approved" logo on a website then it means that we have checked out the way in which credit/debit card details are handled on that site. In order to comply with our code of practice, all retailers must either:

1) Have a secure area of their website that is used for the entry of card details
or
2) Use the secure server of a "known to be trustworthy and reliable" payment processor such as Paypal, Worldpay or NOCHEX to take payment.

By looking for the "Safer Shopping Approved" logo (as well as following your own sense of judgement) when shopping online, you will be able to vastly reduce the risks and hopefully enjoy a safe and risk free shopping experience.
